M/V Harting, annotated undock slip
CommonSilo is subscription software for the shipyard planner who sets when a ship docks and when she undocks. The workshop writes unfinished work back onto this same ship. Open items stay on Harting. They do not move to a separate yard master list.

Dispute timeline
Every asked hour stays on Harting's record. A later undock does not erase the hour the superintendent wanted. The planner, the workshop, and the dockmaster are arguing about one slip, not about two lists that have drifted apart.

Who signed this slip
A signature is a row on the ship, with a role and a time. The dockmaster can sign the dock-in and still leave flood-up open. The superintendent can sign the dispute without signing the revised window.
On a narrow screen the signature table scrolls sideways.

Export this record
An export is a copy of Harting's slip. It is not a second place to close a job. The undock packet includes the contested hour and the unsigned flood-up. It does not drop them to make a cleaner sheet.
01
Berth copy
One printed slip with the margin notes, for the wall beside Berth 2. The open items are the three lines on Harting, in the same order as the record.
02
Undock packet
The window, the open items, the signature table, and the dispute timeline, so the owner's file and the yard's file name the same hour.
03
Ledger line
DS-184 as one qualifying dock record on the October count. Edits inside the month do not add extra lines. See the October count.
04
Machine copy
The same slip as JSON, including open items that remain on the vessel and any dispute still open. Read the export call.

Record count for the month
The subscription is one rate for every dock record on the ledger. There is no seat price and there are no packages. A dock record is one ship's stay in one berth. It counts in a month when the yard opens it, revises the window, writes an open item, signs a row, or closes the stay. Reading it does not count. Several edits in the same month are still one line. A long stay can qualify again in a later month, and then it is one line in that month too.
October 2026 ledger
This is the bill for a yard that touched 22 dock records in October, Harting among them. DS-184 is on the ledger because the window was revised and open items were written back. It is one of the 22, not a separate charge.
| Rate |
$48 per qualifying dock record |
| Floor |
8 records, which is $384 |
| October qualifying records |

| October amount |
$1,056 |
A quieter month that qualifies only 5 records is still billed as 8, which is $384. The rate does not change above the floor. Twenty-two records are 22 times $48, not a higher band.
